A Better Approach to Mental Health.

Personalized psychiatric care and medication management grounded in evidence-based medicine for patients 16 years and older.

My Approach

My approach to psychiatry and medication management is rooted in the belief that mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. Drawing on my unique background in both internal medicine and psychiatry, I take the time to understand not only my patients’ symptoms, but also their overall health, lifestyle, and personal goals. I view medication as one tool within a broader treatment plan and work closely with each patient to develop thoughtful, evidence-based strategies that support long-term wellness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care. Together, we focus on improving mental well-being, enhancing quality of life, and achieving meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
